Fifty percent to reserve your spot on the bench and order wood. We give you a real start date.

Build
We make it in our shop, from wood you can trace. We send progress photos so it is never a black box.

Delivery or install
Pieces delivered and placed. Full installed builds handed to Purpose Design+Build under the same standard.
50% to start, 50% on completion. The range you saw is the range you pay against.
