How fast do you reply?
We reply within two business days, from a person who actually works the bench, not a call center. If your question is about a one-of-one slab, we usually reply sooner, because someone else might want the same piece and we sell it only once.
Can I pick up my order in Chicago?
Yes. Local pickup for lumber and goods happens at the shop by appointment, so someone is there to load you up. Book a shop visit and you can also put your hands on the slabs and see the kiln before you buy.
