Give Back
The purpose was always to give it away.
Purpose Wood Co. reinvests a share of what it earns into causes it believes in and the next thing worth building. The promise has held since day one. This page states plainly what that means and where it goes. No cause-of-the-month, no marketing wrapped around it.
The promise
What we actually do.
A share of what this shop earns goes back out. Some goes to causes we believe in. Some gets reinvested into the next thing worth building, including the youth and community work this house has always supported. We keep it specific on purpose. Vague giving is just a feeling. We would rather show you the number.
Our commitment
[LOCK BEFORE LAUNCH. Confirm the exact percentage and scope. Options on the table: a fixed percentage of profit across all four lines, or a per-drop give for Goods. State it in one clear sentence here. Do not publish a vague version.]
The tally
What we have given, kept honest.
We keep a running total. When it grows, this updates. When you buy a board or a slab, you can see your part in it.

Numbers update as the shop earns. We would rather show a small honest number than a big vague one.
Where it goes
The causes, named.
We name them because you deserve to know. [List specific organizations and the youth and community work supported. Keep it current.] If you want to know more about any of them, ask. We will tell you.
